The NFO is made up of four divisions, each of which specialises in a different area of financial services. All four divisions are bound by the rules and regulations governing Ombudsman activities in South Africa, and operate in accordance with our stated values.
All four divisions of the NFO provide free, fair and impartial dispute resolution services in instances of complaints brought by consumers against banks, insurers, and other financial services providers.
